Shipping policy

We can ship products anywhere in the Australia or internationally using the shipping method selected at checkout. Carriers available are USPS, UPS, and DHL (for international shipments). When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), the shipping method selected at checkout, and your shipment's destination. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER? 📦

Please allow 1 or 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We try to fulfill orders as fast as possible so you can get SWOLY as soon as possible.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES? 📦

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout but usually takes 3-5 days to arrive after we ship them. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST IN TRANSIT? 📦

You'll receive a tracking number in your email after your items are sent. If you believe that your shipment has been lost in transit, send us an email at support@getswoly.com so we can investigate and track it down.

SHIPPING CHARGES 📦

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 📦

For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply to countries outside of Australia. It's your responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the items in your order. Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
